Our Guarantee

Companion dog means this dog is being sold as a pet rather  
than for breeding. Our puppies are a pure bred and registerable 
with the AKC. The health of this animal is guaranteed for 60 days
through examination by a vet at the expense of the buyer to 
ensure I am selling  you a healthy dog. If the dog is found to be in 
unsatisfactory health and a written documentation is presented
and the AKC papers are returned, the seller will refund 100% of
the purchase price. This does not include worms, cocci, giardia, fleas, mites, or 
any other parasites that are common in dogs. It does not cover luxating patella's once the puppy leaves here. 

This dog is guaranteed for 1 year through a board certified 
veterinarian at the expense of the buyer for any life threatening
hereditary or congenital defect. Life threatening means any
condition that prevents the dog from living a normal life. If the 
dog is tested and found to have a life threatening, hereditary
condition, the seller shall replace the dog for the next similar dog. An autopsy must be performed and documented by a board certified veterinarian at the expense of the buyer. If in the unfortunate case your dog should die within 2 years from the date of birth of MVD (mitro valve disease), the seller shall replace the dog. An autopsy must be performed and documented by a board certified veterinarian at the expense of the buyer.
Seller is not liable for luxating patella's which can happen in small breeds. 

The buyer must agree to provide annual vet exams, including heart worm checks and preventatives and to keep the teeth clean (infections in the mouth can lead to MVD). The buyer agrees to feed a premium dog food and to keep the dogs weight down. The buyer also agrees to keep all vaccinations current according to the A.M.V.A  Failure to comply with and provide documentation of these requirements voids all guarantees.  The dog is sold on a spay or neuter agreement and must comply within 6 months of the date of birth or all guarantees are void.  We are no longer giving out AKC papers for pets because of scammers and most people do not want or need them.
